We ship to both mainland Portugal and the Azores and Madeira, Spain, France and Luxembourg.

All deliveries are made by a carrier hired by the company Brasão Rosa
Order Fulfillment
We ship daily from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be prepared on the day, orders placed after this time will be prepared on the next business day.
Occasionally, orders may not be shipped the next day due to technical problems, delays due to overload in the company's internal processing, lack of order information or delays in billing.
Despite our best efforts, the delivery time may take up to a maximum of 2 weeks to reach you, however, events and eventualities beyond our company's control may occur that cause longer delays and are beyond our responsibilities.
When you order multiple products, the orders may come from different warehouses. In this case, it may happen that you receive your products in different packages and at different times.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Brasão Rosa is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed.
If incorrect filling occurs, the package will normally be returned to the sender, requiring payment of new shipping to return the product.
Absent Recipient
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products.
Carriers can make up to two attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, we will try to speed up a time and date for delivery, the risk of the order returning to the sending warehouse is not guaranteed, and In this case, it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee to return the product.
